Changchun New Sunlight Wood Products Co.,Ltd. was founded in 2003. Through commitment and hard work over the past 20 years, we have improved the techniques to preserve timbers, excelled in the manufacturing of precise prefabricated structural components  and achieved success in the production of  super structural wood windows as well as large size super structural floor. 

The completion of our timber structure testing center, allows us to provide our customers with a complete service chain. Beginning with the manufacture of wood structural components and fasteners, to testing of the products, to processing of house auxiliary products, to rapid easy installationat site, Changchun New Sunlight Wood Products Co., Ltd. is the full service company to satisfy your company's needs.

For structural timber treatment, the company is capable in the following technology:

Treated timber to apply in marina projects (by CCA preservative)

Treated timber to apply in inland projects(by CA-C preservative)

Treatment onto laminates of structural postand beam

Treatment onto integral post and beam

Treatment by multiple preservative agents, such as organic oil-based type and water-based type specifically for indoor components

Treated timber in light brown or dark brown colors

For drying and heat treatment, the company owns fully automatic steam drying equipment and superheated steam the rmo treatment system for wood.

For component testing,  the company has a complete set of instruments for testing anti-shear strength and dip-peel performance of structural adhesive joints, preservative content of component,  machinery stress rated of laminates,  physical property of prefabricated components (including an 80LM chute-type platform for testing bend-strength of large span beam) and anti-corrosion test for fasteners, etc.

For precise processing requirement, the company has sets of CNC sawing and drilling integrated processing equipments, providing guarantees for fast and accurate installation of prefabricated components.

For installation capability in wood structures, the company is skilled in both marine and land projects. Through our years of on-site construction experience, we could provide first class installation team.

For major cases, we have actively participated in the construction of national key projects:

   -  In August 2005, we won the bid for the Marina Project of the Qingdao Sailing Center for the Beijing Olympic Games (2008). The construction quality was praised by leaders of the International Sailing Federation and the General Administration of Sport of China. In collaboration with other construction teams, we won the "Luban Award"--the highest architectural award in China.

   -  In 2010, we created largest individual timber framing building (2800 square meters) in China. The construction was part of the “Happy Coastal City” timber framing construction project in Qingdao.

For intellectual property, the company has obtained 42 patents, including 11 invention patents, and participated in drafting 6 national standards.

For qualifications, the company has qualified for and received recognition and certification from the Forest Stewardship Council – Chain of Custody (FSCCOC) and ISO9001 Quality Management System.
